This PRM mobile platform lift has been designed for use with aircraft
such as the Boeing 737, whose height of entry is 2.85 metres. Higher
levels can be catered for, if necessary.
The platform can extend to 1.5 m and can be positionned over the
aircraft steps.
- Suitable for aircraft whose entrance is 0.5 metres high (Fokker
50) up to 2.85 metres (Boeing)
- Can be adapted to reach an operational height of 3.65 metres
(Airbus 320)
- Lift cage barrier 1.1 m in accordance with ADA Accessibility
Guidelines
- Accurately aligned with the aircraft door by means of laser
equipment.
- Hoisting control from both ground as lift-platform level
- Very simple to operate on an occasional basis.
- Links up with almost any type of platform transport.
- Hoisting mechanism can be electrically or manually-operated (emergency
mechanism also)
- Functions manually during very cold weather (replaceable by
electrical version if necessary).
- Stabilising is quick and easy.
- Very sturdy maintenance-free construction.
- Safety precaution during transfer (no steps to climb)
- Assistants no longer required physically lift
