A mobile stair lift designed to take wheelchairbound passengers up to
the second floor of the aircraft, initially designed for the Airbus
A380.
Features:
- Suitable for moving PRMs in an XP Boarding Chair up the stairs
to the upper level.
- Can be taken on board as is and removed from the aircraft before
departure as it is compact and mobile
- No need to store inside the aircraft; thus requires no special
implements
- Time is of the essence; the process (wheeling, unfolding and
lifting) are possible within the departure time-scale.
- Safe: the XP Stair Lift is stable and does not obstruct the
passage in case of evacuation.
